Terms & conditions
1. Currency.
All prices on this website are in Pounds Sterling. We do not accept other currencies. Please note if ordering from a non EU country you may be liable to your government for import duties. Please check this before you make an order as this is beyond our control.
2. Accepted payment.
We accept Payment by Credit Card, Paypal, Cheque, Postal Orders. Paypal and Credit Card payments must be made by the card holder to the card holders address. Paypal accounts must be verified & confirmed addresses. If you are not sure of these terms please contact us first using contact form.
Credit card over the phone payments can be made if you do not like using the internet form. Please note all online payments are made using a secure checkout (SSL).
3. Postage.
All parcels will be sent within 5 working days and using a signed for service, either Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery or International Signed For.
4. Returns
Returns are accepted if returned within 7 days in original packaging and unworn. Item cost will be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights. Items to be returned at customers expense.
5. Privacy.
jgthi.com promises not to share your information with any 3rd parties. Any information collected will be used in fullfilment of orders, record keeping and email updates. In the event of a privacy policy update we will notify you on this page.
